Administration

I’ve been associated to the business for 27yrs now so was a little hesitant when Dean suggested that I work for him.

Having seen and ‘heard’ about the bureaucracy, along with the responsibility for staff, contractors and home owners, there is a lot of pressure, not to mention the stress.

The satisfying part is seeing a bare piece of land transformed into someone’s dream. I know Dean gets a lot of satisfaction from this. He is personable with all of his clients as he understands the nervousness associated with buying their dream from a piece of paper, and from someone whom they might never have heard of.

Dean prides himself on providing the best possible outcome for the home owner. As in life, there are always some speed bumps but ultimately, he tries his best.

So now I work with my husband, he might say ‘for’ but really he means ‘with’. Dean has a great team around him and looks after them as if they’re part of the family.

101 Homes - Zane Forsyth
Zane Forsythe
Foreman

Zane’s association with Dean began when he was born. Zanes father and Dean are long time friends. Whilst at College, Zane helped Dean during the school holidays. When Zane left College, he began his apprenticeship with a local company.

Zane was offered the opportunity to complete his apprenticeship with 101 Homes. He jumped at the chance and has since become an LBP builder. Zane’s dedication and ability was rewarded by becoming foreman for 101 Homes.

Along with his passion for building, Zane’s interests include rugby, touch rugby and fishing, along with many other outdoor activities. He does admit, he seems to be pretty unlucky when it comes to actually catching fish!

Zane loves working for 101 Homes as it feels like a family business that looks after its workers and clients alike, and looks forward to many more years with the company.
